We operate a modern high bay warehouse. Here, we have many thousands of square metres of storage space. We store ready to ship protective films along with the raw materials, auxiliary materials, and other supplies necessary for company operations. During your training as a specialist warehouse clerk, we teach you everything you need to know about warehouse management and logistics.
You learn how to properly store, sort, pack and unpack goods. You find out the importance of having an overview to ensure you know what quantity of goods is located in which storage space. You receive goods, check deliveries and documents and digitally record the incoming goods data. In addition, you learn how to use scanners and an inventory management system, which allows even a large warehouse to be optimally managed.
Furthermore, we teach you how to pick, pack and load our goods to ensure safe shipping. After your training, you will have a full knowledge in the topics of logistics and scheduling. You will handle weighing and conveyor technology as well as industrial packaging machines confidently and know how to form loading units, determine the space requirements for transportation, and calculate warehouse indicators.

Additionally, you gain expertise that you cannot acquire anywhere else. You learn how to load and unload fully automated machinery in adhesive production and prepare the materials for production. You will also have excellent opportunities for permanent employment, provided you meet the required performance standards.
By the way, as a qualified specialist warehouse clerk, you have the opportunity to undertake a one year training program to become a specialist in warehouse logistics contributing to the planning of logistics processes.

Your training at POLIFILM
Within the company and vocational training
Your training lasts for 2 years. You will be deployed within the company and gain experience and training in different departments. In vocational schooling, you will learn important background knowledge and theoretical foundations. During your training, you will keep a digital report book and work closely with your trainers.
